The overarching goal of Federation is to provide all communities in the Nouns ecosystem with the ability to coordinate efficiently around Nouns token utility, and now, generate value from them.
Vote bidding is a novel experiment created by wiz and ripe that allows any Nouns holder to offer their voting power up for auction. Anyone can bid on how the votes should be cast against Nouns DAO proposals.
